Most of us are spending time doing daily tasks that keep us standing or seated for prolonged periods of time. Working at a desk or looking at our devices, even doing household chores, all these activities can create a tightened upper front body and shoulders as well as tension across the neck and upper back, very often resulting in discomfort and pain.
Sitting for long hours while working or driving, gardening and other daily activities often result in tightness and discomfort in the lower back and hips.
In these workshops we will practice techniques that will assist us in letting go and releasing these areas of tension and tightness which can be done right in the comfort of home or at the office. During these workshops we will gently move, stretch and implement soothing self-massage with ball-rolling. Tennis balls can work, however "Yoga Tune Up" balls will provide a superior experience and are recommended.
